As most of you know, Award Window Cleaning has been dealing with MiOSHA for some time now regarding a tragic fall accident that happened last year.

I am happy to say that both parties have finally come to an agreement.

Item #1 was completely dropped, while items #2 & #3 were combined and rewritten to say that the employee wasn't provided with the operation procedures for working at the new location and that the employee's chair wasn't securely attached to substantial members of the building structure.

Also, fines and fees were dropped from $21,000 to $3,500.
